The Sermon on the Mount

(to be completed)

Life with future

(Matth. 7:13-27)

v.13-14: the narrow gate: not the many count, but those who commit themselves, who make efforts to do the best

v.15: God's gifts are presents, genuine, not solicitation to squeeze out people

v.16-20: The result counts.

v.19: The fruitless will be destroyed by God, our creator.

v.21-23: Action without the right relations with God is meaningless.

One must get to know God, in order to be able to act in His name.

v.24-27: Being a Christian means acting with a long-term vision for what has future.

28-29 : The reaction of people.
